The backyard has a BBQ and heat lamp included, and is outfitted with a raised garden bed for anyone with a green thumb. Washer/dyer is on premise and not shared with other tenants.
The house can come furnished (or not) - any of the features in the house can be left. This includes custom made desks that fit the living space perfectly, an extendable table with two leaves for hosting, kitchen shelving unit, very comfy sofa, cal king beauty rest mattress, and so much more.

McLaren Park is also close for immediate hiking, and San Bruno mountains are less than 1 mile away for some of the best views of the city and bay.
