Rent is $700/month, which includes all the apartment's utilities. Tenants would be responsible for cable, internet and trash tags for weekly trash removal. Parking at the building is tricky and not guaranteed, there is a public parking lot approximately 1 block from the building that residents can use. There is coin operated washer and dryer on site as well. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished. We can permit one cat, with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted at this location. We do require references, security deposit and first month's rent. The initial lease term would be 6-7 months, with the option to renew for a standard 10-12 months thereafter.
