During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

This home is built to Energy Star Certified guidelines and is Green Built Certified; Lower level has 9' ceilings and upper level has vaulted ceilings for optimal height. Kitchen has large center island, gray and espresso 42" soft close cabinets, beautiful granite counters & stainless appliances. Beautiful display of the accented staircase.
