The "tall & skinny" Redondo Beach house is being separated into two units, you will have your own space with an in-closed patio, bathroom, and a kitchenette. 1 mile from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and if you have a dog, I hope it does not bark to not disturb the neighbors. Plenty of street parking and occasionally you can leave a car in the driveway.

I am looking for a solo professional only, proof of stable employment / paystubs required. if you plan to have guests/entertain, that would not be a right place for you. No smoking and no drugs of any kind (incl. weed, sorry). Please use the headphones watching TV after 10 pm. If you need to use this address for your correspondence, we can discuss it after the first 90 days. High ceilings, feels spacious, large wardrobe, some cabinets, and a queen bed. The utilities are $120 extra per months but you may want to use your own internet if mine is too slow for the movies. Current tenant happily stayed for 3.5 years and is busy getting married so it may take some coordination to show you the place in person but perhaps we could start with a video call.
