$800 - 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment In East Los Angeles With Great Amenities

This is a private room (10x12 feet) in a three bedroom house. The bathroom will be shared with one other occupant. The rest of the house will be shared with two other occupants (three total). There is a back house on the property with up to two tenants occupying it.

The house is equipped with a large refrigerator, a high end gas kitchen stove, a dishwasher, a new microwave and new washer and dryer. All of the appliances in the house are shared to include HDTV, color printer, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The yard will be a shared common area between all persons on the property.

House has central A/C and heating

Shared yard with patio and lemon trees.

Pets are ok on a case by case bases. It will depend on the pet.

Rent includes electricity, gas, water and wifi.

Train station within 1.3 miles

Bus stop within 700 feet

Starbucks, Target, McDonalds and other stores within walking distance.

$40 fee required for screening.

One month deposit required ($800)

Last 3 months of pay stubs or bank account statements that reflect an income of x2 over the monthly rent.

6-month lease minimum preferred to start with, but this can be negotiated.
