This one is clean as a whistle-move in ready. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Wonderful and nice pantry space in kitchen. Rooms are spacious and bright. Sprinkler system in front yard. Month to month rent for $850/ month will be available. All interested applicant have to be approved and go through landlord for background and credit check.
Shared utilities and high speed internet with one month deposit is required. Please contact me with any question or concerns. We are flexible on the time you rent until end of fall semester. With the start of the semester we will lease for end of the semester or for full year. No Parties and No pets please.
