We have had clients rent our home while their new home is being built. Fully furnished home with most utilities included, 6 car capacity driveway, 2 story playhouse in the side yard, and 1 hotel-style cleaning per month is included in this rental. Deposit, first month's rent, and pet deposit (if applicable) are required up front. Rental price is not negotiable.

This home is ideal for lease duration of 30-60 days. Most utilities included - electricity charges covered by landlord up to $200 per month. Tenant pays the difference in electricity charges if the bill exceeds $200. Up to 2 dogs allowed, a charge of $25 per pet will be added as monthly pet rent. Weight limit 30 lbs. per dog. Additional pet deposit of $500 per pet is due at lease signing. 50% refundable pet deposit if no damage found to home and/or furnishings after tenant move-out. No smoking inside the home - plenty of outdoor smoking areas available. Standard lease terms will apply at lease signing. Maximum number of tenants allowed in the home: 10 (includes infants). Landlord will take care of landscaping. The home is fully furnished, and you will be provided an extra set of linens per bed if needed in between monthly cleanings. No essentials are provided: ie toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels.
