You will also have a office carpeted room 11x13 next to the laundry room. In the laundry room, there is a separate huge double door refrigerator that will be your own private fridge. You are free to use the living room, kitchen, dining room, family room, which I will be furnishing completely. You will be furnishing your own room & office room. You may park 1 car in driveway.
YOU: No smoking, no party, no overnight guests, no pets, single renters only please. You have to be considerate and clean, again this will be a shared house, I, the landlord, will be living in the master bedroom. This would be ideal for someone who works remotely because you'll have your own office.
ME: I'm a middle age professional woman, working full time in the bank 5 days a week. I enjoy peace and quiet in the house. Typically, I'll be cooking the kitchen, go to work, and go to bed early.
