Hi, my name is Sam and I've decided on renting out one of my private bedrooms on the second/entrance floor of my modern townhouse.
The house is 4 stories tall and has a rooftop patio on the top.
In total there are 3 people living in the house including me but I will be moving out at the end of December or earlier.
I'm an engineer at T-Mobile 26M and I like bouldering and cycling.
Kevin 26M works as a healthcare worker in the International District and enjoys K-Dramas.
Delbert 27M is a dental student at UW and boulders with me sometimes.
Please no dogs or cats at this time because Delbert has pet allergies.
The room is furnished with a Purple twin bed, table, chair, mirror, and 55" smart TV
The kitchen is shared.
The lease is month-to-month but preferably the first lease would be at least 3 months.
There aren't any move-in fees, only a security deposit of $500 locking you in for move-in on January 1st or sooner if you'd like to pay a pro-rated rent for December.
Money Rundown:
Security Deposit(1st month only): $500
Rent: $1000
Electricity: $30ish
Water/Sewage/Garbage: $20ish
Gas: $8ish
Internet: $17.50
I will be able to show the room anytime after December 8th since I will be gone on vacation December 2nd - 7th.
