Comfortably furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay; a convection microwave for the nights when you want to roast a small chicken, bake a little something sweet for dessert or just heat up a can of soup. The small mini refrigerator does the trick to keep the basics on hand. The mounted TV with streaming service can be enjoyed from bed or the comfortable sofa.
One block up to the Britt Festival, gardens, and hiking trails. Two blocks down to California St. Less than 8 miles to Medford hospitals.
SHOWINGS are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants.
RENT includes all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, wifi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.
PETS One small dog or cat is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).
SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
