This home was renovated in 2018 and will be undergoing some updates and touch up's in December 2021. The home will be available January 1, 2022. Furniture is not included. . We are in-town landlords committed to responding to your needs. The neighbors are friendly and we enjoyed walking the area when we lived there.

The home is close to Memorial, Erlanger, and Parkridge and about 7-10 minutes from downtown. You can access the freeway in ~ 7-min and UTC in about 5 minutes away. This a great place for families (parents upstairs in the master suite!) or a group of folks looking to lower costs and split rent. Each of the bedrooms is large and full of light! Driveway parking fits two cars and off-street parking is permitted in the neighborhood.

Pest control is included with rent. There is an optional alarm system for an additional $70 / month that includes camera viewing behind the home. Lawn maintenance and utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. Pets require pre-approval.

For a full application, each tenant will need proof of current income and past tenancy references.
