It's in the Morissania section of the Bx. The room is big at 10'x12', has a large window, which gets plenty of sunlight, warm and cozy in the winter time. The apartment is a 4 bedroom apt, if you get this private-room you'll share only the common areas with three other housemates. Everyone works and is a responsible adult: (curently there's two girl's and one guy). You must: be CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, ACCOUNTABLE, DECENT and NO-DRAMA. Apartment is newly rennovated with a large living room, large bathroom and large kitchen.
Your private-room can fit: Queen size bed; however a full bed will be more comfortable, a medium desk/chest of drawer, a big-Flat screen TV on the wall, chair and it has closet space. The room goes for $610/month + additional $50-$60/month for utilities(WIFI and electricity/power). Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Mailbox and key-fob are included. The room is unfurnished and is good for minnimilast living--however, all are welcome to view the room.
You must bring ID, 3 recent paystubs, have working phone no. and email address for contact, must have good credit 650+/or a guarantor(willing to work with you, if you meet the other credentials), commit to at least a one year lease minnimum stay, $1,220.00 to secure the room (2x $610). You must make at least the minnimum monthly rent-payment from your job per/week or close to it to qualify for the room. The building is located near the following transportation: Bx21, Bx35,Bx19, Bx11, Bx15 and no.2 & D.trains: will give directions to serious inquiries by appointment only.
