Rental history must show that resident has paid rent on time, and does not have a history of nonsufficient funds (NSF), late rent payments, evictions, broken leases, damage to the residence, or an outstanding balance due to a previous landlord. If you have no prior rental history, then an additional security deposit may be required.
Verifiable Employment & Income:
Monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. Employment and income must be verifiable. Paystubs, bank statements, or tax returns(if self-employed/1099) will be considered for proof of income.
Criminal Background:
Residency may be denied due to criminal history.
