Renovated on site laundry facility. Will consider non aggressive litter box trained cat that won’t use woodwork as scratching post or for marking territory for a refundable $250/pet damage deposit. No pet sitting of other animals allowed. Sorry, No Smokers and no smoking on grounds. New Tenant is responsible for Xcel gas and electric for the unit, however heat and water are included. Will freeze rent if willing to stay through June or July 2023.
