Please NOTE: You need to submit this info for any response.
Your responsibilities as the tenant:
1: Electricity and water
2: Maintaining the property (mowing the law and raking leaves)
3: Keeping the home and property in a clean manner
4: Smoking is prohibited within any building
5: Maintain the yard and the gutters
6: Obtain and maintain renter insurance
