-No prior evictions or collection records for non-payment of rent or no open bankruptcies
-No felony or misdemeanor conviction within 7 years
-Other conditions apply
OTHER TERMS:
-Pet deposit: $400 (for up to 2 pets per unit)
-Pet rent: $20.00 per month (per pet)
-Renter's Insurance: $12.50 per month (if proof of renter's insurance is not provided)
