$950 per month - Furnished Studio In Portland for 8+ months

My move has been delayed.

Studio has 2 full size futons + long double desk + dresser and walk-in closet. I keep 1 setup for sleeping and 1 as a lounger in the living area.

Must be able to be added as my roommate on the lease through the property management company. I'll be gone from December 6th through the end of August. Maybe longer.

Looking for an 'official' roommate for 9 months, or longer, to share furnished studio apartment. However, I'll be gone from December 6, 2021 - August 31, 2022. You'll need to be able to be added to the lease via the buildings property management company as my roommate. Rent of $950 covers the base rent + WiFi + Electricity bill (on equal pay) + Gas bill (on equal pay) + Small storage unit in the basement (if needed) + a cubby in the basement (if needed) + use of my things. I plan to be back starting September 1, 2022. However, I could be gone longer. I'd be able to let you know 30 days in advance if I am planning to return on time. Once I'm back we can either share the space (50% rent) until you find a new rental or you can end your lease as agreed upon. This will require doing the roommate add on paperwork required by the property management company + a separate contract with me. There is probably a cost for their paperwork. I'm not sure what it is but I can find out. No cats as I have a cat that would be returning with me. She will not tolerate another cat. However, she like dogs. Do to the size of the studio only a small dog would work. The dog must like cats and other dogs. One of my neighbors has a small dog and you'll be running into them in the hallway often. There will be an extra cost for this that you would have to pay for. Pet Deposit set by the property management company + I think they charge an extra monthly fee.

This is a quiet building with many long term tenants.
