Move-in fees include the first month's rent of $3510, pet deposits of $200 per pet (if applicable), and $510 of the security deposit (with $3000 remaining deposit paid over the first 6 months of move-in). You are free to park in the garage and designated parking spot within the community. Additional parking parallel to the garage is acceptable (will notify you if this becomes a problem). Tenants will be responsible for connecting all utilities and responsible for paying all utilities.
