My wife and I have lived here for the last three years and love the house and our neighbors but have decided to move closer to family. We are looking for someone to take care of our home and enjoy it as much as we have.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the house
No pets (small dogs on case to case basis with extra deposit)

Tenant will be responsible for paying:

Tenant may park in the driveway up to 3 cars, but there is no street parking.
