Description: This 3 bedroom comprises the second and third floors of a duplex and has a lot of charm, including exposed brick, recessed lighting, lots of windows and natural light. There is one bedroom on the first floor of the unit (second floor of building), and two more bedrooms on the top floor. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, and one off-street parking spot. Pittsburgh School District, high school is across the street.

Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Gas and heat included in rent! Tenant pays for electric and $50/month toward water/sewer. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required.

Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable dog, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. For each cat, there is a $100 one-time non-refundable fee and $30/month. Max 2 pets.

Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $45 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.

Lease term: 12 months minimum (with potential for renewal).
