All utilities included: high-speed internet, electricity, gas, and water.
This is perfect for a quiet, studious grad student or professional, who wants a relaxing, calm environment in which to live and study. No loud music or partying. If you are someone who likes a peaceful, comfortable living space, this is the right home for you.

Upon signing the lease, you pay first and last month's rent, plus security deposit equal to one month's rent.

HOUSE RULES:
We will be traveling a lot, and we want to make sure the tenants in the house are considerate and respectful of one another and the property. We wrote up these rules so that we can live in harmony, share the same expectations, and respect each other's privacy, needs, and personal space.
Tenant agrees to respect the privacy and personal space of all the housemates.
Tenant agrees not to enter the bedrooms or use personal belongings of other housemates without explicit permission.
Tenant agrees not to leave personal belongings lying around the house.
Tenant agrees that no pets will be allowed on the premises.
Tenant agrees not to smoke or vape on the premises.
Tenant agrees not to store any personal item outside their bedroom.
Tenant agrees to clean up after herself/himself, including doing dishes, wiping counters, cleaning sinks, etc.
Tenant agrees to help keep the house clean, including floors, bathrooms, tables, etc.
Tenant agrees to alert landlord of maintenance issues and other problems as soon as they come up.
Tenant agrees to respect quiet hours from 9 pm - 9 am.
Tenant agrees to use headphones when playing music, games, or videos on any device on premises.
Tenant agrees not to leave laundry in the machine after it's done.
Tenant agrees to clean the BBQ after using it.
Tenant agrees to empty trash bins in the house when they become full.
Tenant agrees not to use the dining room table for any purposes.
Tenant agrees to be responsible for her/his own toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, detergent, and other necessities.
Tenant agrees not to consume another person's food or beverages without explicit permission.
Tenant agrees to make sure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the premises.
Tenant agrees to water the indoor plants when landlord is away.
Tenant agrees to help maintain vacuum when landlord is away.
Tenant agrees to take the mail in when landlord is away.
Tenant agrees to take the garbage cans down to the curb every Sunday night and put them back by Monday night when landlord is away.
Tenant agrees to keep household keys, passwords, and key codes confidential and not share or loan them to anyone.
Tenant agrees to invite only two guests on the premises at a time, and if any other housemates object for any reason, the guests must leave the premises immediately.
Tenant agrees to have no guests on the premises between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am.
