Entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and parks are nearby on Mira Mesa Blvd. Inside the home, there is a living room with the fireplace by the entryway. The kitchen is in the middle of the front living room and a larger living room at the back of the house. The primary bedroom is at the back of the house with the two smaller bedrooms down a hallway from the front door. Flooring is vinyl plank and tile throughout and: the large bedroom is the only room with carpet. The two-car garage goes into the house through the laundry room and into the front hallway. There is a patio in the backyard and there is room for a garden. The patio shade structure is being removed.

UNIT INFORMATION:

Utilities: Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Parking: Two car garage and driveway.

AC: None

Laundry: A washer and dryer are in the laundry room for residents to use. They are not maintained.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

Lease Term: 1 year

2. A good credit score and clean history (625 minimum).

3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Income can include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.

4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.

6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.

$40 Application fee is NOT refundable.

Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.
