Private room and bathroom

I am looking to move at semester because I would like to get a house with my friends. My 3 roommates are all very quiet and respectful and they would prefer a girl roommate. You will have a large closet with mirrored doors, a full bed, dresser, desk, chair, two large windows, ceiling fan, and a decent sized bathroom all to yourself. The common living space is a living room with provided couches and tv stand. There is a small deck off of the living room as well. The kitchen has a 4 chair table, bar, pantry, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. There is a utility charge that is about $45 a month. You will also have full access to the gym, clubhouse, study rooms, pools, and computer room. This is a gated community and has the option for covered parking which would be $20 a month. Wifi is free but you must bring your own router. Laundry is in unit as well! My lease ends on July 31st but you would be welcome to renew and stay for as long as you would like on your own terms! If you are interested please let me know! There will just be one form to fill out for the complex :) The complex is Gateway at Denton.
