Base Rate: $70/day. Minimum 30-days = $2100

No requirement to stay beyond 30-days.
***SIGNING BONUS: $200 rent credit off 1st 30-days = $1780
Partial month OK at departure.
You don't need to know your departure date at time of booking.
Simple notice to vacate process.
$500 security Deposit
$150 one-time cleaning fee (non-refundable)
Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter. Application fee reserves your pending reservation.
PARKING OPTIONS: Parking is not included in the rental rate. Rates are based on parking for your entire stay (not turning on and off as needed)
--Self Park only (no valet service) available at $12/day)
--Pre-paid valet (with self-park option) AVAILABLE for $15/day additional rent per vehicle. Text ahead to have your car waiting for you!
--Parking options are for the full term of the stay (not to turn on and off)
--Parking Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit in the Grand Circus garage. SUVs and vans do fit but the huge variety and trucks with racks on top will not fit. Your vehicle should be under 6 feet high. The hotel uses this lot for valet, so most vehicles fit just fine.
