This is way more functional than a "normal" studio apartment in the beautiful Broderick Tower. This layout is larger than many of our 1-bedroom options.
30-day minimum and you don't have to know your departure date. It's all about flexibility and convenience.

Actually, this studio is larger than some of the 1-bedrooms we have in this building. It even has a set where the sleeping is not shared with the living room.

Extensions, if need, at $69/day billed monthly.
Rate locked through 4/30/21 if you choose to stay.
Security deposit: $500
Cleaning/Prep Fee: $175
Rates based on lease start date no more than 7-days of application.
PARKING OPTIONS: Parking is not included in the rental rate.

--Parking Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit in the Grand Circus garage. SUVs and vans do fit but the huge variety and trucks with racks on top will not fit. Your vehicle should be under 6 feet high. The hotel uses this lot for valet, so most vehicles do fit fine.
