• 2 years or more of positive rental history
• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No Criminal History
• No Bankruptcy
• Proof of income that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month).
**If you have never rented, have poor or no established credit, or you do not meet the income requirements, a co-signer may be accepted.**
