Now Accepting 2-Bedroom Waitlist Applications! - Currently, we do not have any rentals available for immediate move in. We strongly encourage you to submit your application for our waiting list as we are continually remodeling and renovating our rental units and will have 2 bedroom rentals available in the next 30 through 90 days. Rents on upcoming 2-bedroom rental units range from $875.00 to $1,400.00 per month.
You are NOT required to pay the application fee to be placed on the waiting list.
Completed applications are assigned a unit and processed in order of date and time the COMPLETED application is received.
Once we have a rental unit to assign to you, and you have agreed to move forward with screening of your application the payment of the application fee will be required at that time. Applications that are missing required information as well as photo identification and proof of income are incomplete and will not be considered a completed application.
All rental units have a $1,000.00 minimum security deposit on approved credit, rental history, background check, and income verification. Once your application has been approved, a security deposit must be paid and a deposit to hold agreement signed within 2 business days. An initial lease term of 12 months required for all our rentals. Units can be held for up to 2 weeks, or until the unit is ready for occupancy.
All Loft properties are non-smoking, non-vaping and prohibit marijuana, medical or otherwise to be grown, stored, or consumed on the premises without prior written consent of Loft.
It is required that you upload the following to your rental application.
Valid Photo Identification
* Must be in color
Proof of income
If employed
* Most recent 30 days’ worth of pay stubs
If self employed
* Last year's tax return
Other forms of verifiable income may include but is not limited to;
* Trust Accounts, Social Security, Unemployment, Retirement Accounts, Welfare, Snap, Grants, Loans, Award Letters, Court Documents, Etc.
