Washer and dryer hook ups.
1 dog (under 20 lbs, breed restrictions apply) OR 1 cat are welcome. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required at move in and an additional $30 per month. ESA will need additional paperwork from a local health care provider for verification.
Tenant pays the following utilities (electric, gas, cable, trash, internet and cable). Landlord pays water.
No eviction or convictions in the last 4 years.
12 month lease is $1,655 with a $1,500 security deposit. Must have a credit score of 600 or better and a combined income of $5,000 per month with proof of funds (check stubs) or housing vouchers and show current state ID or driver’s license. Everyone over the age of 18 will be required to be on the lease and run background and credit checks. There are no fees collected for applications but you will pay online for the background and credit checks.
Landlord will offer a $25 per month discount off the rent if you agree to maintain the lawn. Grass cutting and leaf disposal.
