Studio Apartment Across From St. Louis University Includes Appliances & Utilities - This studio apartment is across the street from St. Louis University. Its rental price includes a frost-free refrigerator, gas range, heat and air conditioning in the appropriate seasons, and all utilities except internet. Please note that this apartment is located in a cooler section of the building. We will provide space heaters upon request. This particular apartment is on the back of the building. so very quiet.
The apartment features hardwood flooring in the living areas. Electric has been updated throughout the apartment, with a ceiling fan in the main room. The apartment has a separate dining area, and a dressing room which has two electric outlets, so could double as a small office. There is a large and well-kept laundry room in the building's basement.
Free permit parking is available for residents first-come first-served. Please note that there is more demand than parking spaces available. If you can't find a free permit space, there is abundant metered parking nearby. Meters are free from 7 PM to 8 AM Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sundays.
You may not need a car to live here. The location is across the street from St. Louis University. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. Public transit is easily available, with direct access to Metrolink. Also within walking distance is Cortex, IKEA, pharmacies, coffee houses, numerous restaurants and all the amenities of a great urban center.
This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. You're welcome to wheel your bicycle via the elevator up to your apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
If you don't have your own renters' insurance, please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
