Resident is responsible for: electricity (Green Mountain Power).

PARKING: There is a parking garage and each unit gets one spot- it is first come first serve.

SECURITY: Secure building, with key passes to enter, and a parcel pending system for packages.

ACCESSIBILITY: Elevator access and wheelchair ramps up to the building

PETS: A cat or small dog is negotiable with a $250 pet deposit, and an extra $15/month. Vet records required. If it's a dog, we must meet the dog, and vet records are required.

DEN: PERFECT space for an at home office.

Rental Criteria:

$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment

Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)

Rental history (or a cosigner)

Lease can end on 5/31/2024 or 8/31/2024 regardless of start date.

Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!

The application takes about 2-3 days to process when all information is provided.

If your application is approved, it can be applied to any available rental that could work for you.

Leases are sent and signed electronically - security deposit due upon signing.
