The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are laminate floors in the kitchen, living room and both bathrooms. Carpet is in the bedrooms. There is a patio for the ground floor apartment and balconies for the 2nd and 3 floors apartments.

There are laundry facilities on the 2nd and 3rd floors for residents to use.
