This is very close to Division where the bus to TESC comes through - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, etc...while also on a chill residential dead end. The current vibe is quiet - we have property meals together a few times a year and generally keep in touch via group chats and a white board in the vestibule regarding house repairs and services.
