Electrical Outlets: 4, One on each wall. All receptacles work well.

Cable box with basic cable channels and 5G Ultra High Speed Wifi (Spectrum). Modem & Router in room next door to rentable toom. Excellent connectivity, fast speed, no lagging. Perfect for streaming and gaming for all devices.

Extras: Ceiling fan and light. Main Light switch (for ceiling fan light) is a dimmer switch dial. Other electrical outlets are not controlled by this dimmer switch.

6 bedrooms. - 1 master, 3 indoor tenant. Plus 2 outdoor tenant (being renovated, not currently rentable).

3 bathrooms. - 1 main house shared, 1 master, 1 shared outdoor unit.

Large back yard, includes 2 additional buildings (1 attached, 1 single). Single unit has secondary bathroom (newly renovated) and storage unit. Attached building has 2 bedrooms (being renovated).

Main bathroom equipped with new (less than 1 year old) very powerful lowflow toilet and sink with dual knobs. Tub-shower with sliding glass doors, and adjustable showerhead with standard overhead clamp and handheld cord for extra functionality. Large shelve unit to place all of your personal hygiene gear too.

Main hallway has movement sensor light.

Living room with 3 couches and piano.

Kitchen has lots of space for preparation of meals. 2 Refrigerators. 1 for landlord, 1 for current 2 other tenants, totally filled. New renter will either share refrigerator space with landlord, or may bring / purchase own large refrigerator. There is space to put it in kitchen. New gas range (less than 1 year old). Lots of cupboard space. Tenant will need to have their own cooking equipment (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc.) Strong microwave. New faucet (less than 1 month old). Some remodeling of tile preparation area has been done lately. Ceiling fan installed in kitchen. No garbage disposal. No dishwasher.

2-car garage used as storage space, with new laundry washer and dryer. Very large driveway available for tenant parking, or street parking available (busy street).

Video security system installed, front and back yards (Not indoor).

No AC or central heating (house has them, but are currently non-operational. They will be repaired soon). Tenant is permitted to purchase and install window-mounted Air Conditioning Unit (2 other rooms have them), and portable heating unit if desired.

Ceiling heat vacuum ventilation system is installed and working.

RULES:

1. This is a Christian house. Looking for responsible, respectful, conservative, Christian male tenant.

2. NO smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, 420, etc.

3. Respect landlord and other tenants. Be kind and considerate at all times.

4. Be quiet. No loud music, TV or yelling for no reason. Headphones are highly requested for all devices, or low volumes at all times. Complete silence required between 9pm and 9am.

5. Nobody has chores, but you must clean up after yourself. No dirty dishes left in sink. Clean up immediately after eating. If you see that trash needs to be taken out, please take the initiative and take it out. If you notice something is dirty and needs cleaning, please be polite and clean it without being asked. We all appreciate assistance when it’s needed.

6. Everybody has their own designated (name tagged) storage areas. Do not put your belongings in a space designated for someone else (esp refrigerators / kitchen / bathroom).

7. Do not use, move or touch other people’s belongings or property, even those placed in shared areas.

8. No sharing of food, toilet paper, soap, etc. Everyone has their own stuff to use. Don’t use things that belong to anyone else.

9. Visitors are allowed during the day. No overnight visitors or sex on property.

10. Rent ($1100) is due on 1st of month. Please always pay rent on time.

11. Sorry, no pets. We love animals, but we can’t have them here.

12. Eating is permitted in kitchen and in renters bedroom. All food must be kept sealed, both in kitchen, refrigerator and room. Do not leave out food. Ants will get it. Do not leave kitchen unattended when cooking.

13. Turn off lights when not being used, especially in shared spaces (bathroom & kitchen).

14. You are free to come and go as you please. There is no enforced curfew.
