Description

Renovated 2 bedroom - Our “Renovated” two bedroom/one bath is 800 square feet. Renovations include new appliances including the full-size washer and dryer, new cabinets, new countertops, new hardware, new fixtures, and new flooring! This apartment home is 825 square feet and rents for $1,450.00 per month. You pay individually metered gas and electric to Xcel Energy.

The application fee is $40.00 per adult (all individuals over 18 years of age who are going to live in the apartment must complete an application). We complete a credit, criminal, and rental background screening. You must make 2.5 times the rent (combined incomes) to qualify. There is a onetime $100.00 administrative fee. The security deposit is $500.00 (with approved credit).

We are a pet friendly community and allow up to two pets per apartment. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs (must be at adult weight under 40 pounds). There is a $150.00 pet deposit and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. In addition, there is a $30.00 monthly pet rent per pet.

Residents are required to participate in the Building Protection Plan at $12.00 per month.

Brentwood Manor is tucked away in a quite community near Wadsworth and 10th Avenue, giving you easy access to downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Great shopping, restaurants and entertainment only minutes away from your front door.

Qualifications are;

Must make two and a half times the rent

We run credit and criminal background checks

We do not take anyone with an eviction less than 7 years or money owed to another property

Renters Insurance is no longer required but highly recommended.
