About the room:
A large sunroom (9x18 feet) is available in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia. It easily fits a full bed, a desk, a dresser, and a TV stand, with plenty of more space. There are sliding doors separating the bedroom from the living room with free blackout curtains included. The bathroom is shared with one other woman, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. We're ideally looking for someone to move in early November, but the date is flexible.
About the apartment:
It is a three bedroom apartment with two women in their mid-twenties, ideally looking for another woman in the same age range. We're very clean, down to earth, and friendly! We like to watch TV at night in the living room and have friends over on the weekends occasionally. No smoking is allowed and we don't currently have pets. The apartment was recently renovated with all new appliances and hardwood floors! Apartment is mostly furnished already.
About the area:
This apartment is in the Meridian Courthouse building. It has a pool, a gym, and great amenities. The Courthouse metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away. It is also close to a Safeway and a Whole Foods. Parking is available for an extra $100 per month.
Additional details:
- Rent is $920 per month
- Utilities are typically around $100 a month (gas, electric, water, and Internet)
- One-time lease change fee is $500
- Application fee is $50
- Need $300,000 worth of personal renter's insurance before signing the lease
- Flexible move in date after November 9th
