The location is only three blocks from Forest Park, and a 20-minute walk to the Washington University Medical Center. This apartment is in the heart of the fashionable Central West End, one of the premier historic neighborhoods in the entire MIdwest. Within walking distance are all the amenities of a great urban center. Transit is easy to use. Metrolink, the city's regional rail system, is within walking distance.
In the upper lobby is a laundromat, as well as extremely limited space for bicycle parking. We recommend that you roll your bicycle or other human-powered device into your apartment.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
There is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
