Fall 2022 Pre-lease

This apartment features brand new vinyl plank flooring which alleviates problems with allergies and mold that carpet so often creates. Sit back and enjoy a nice bubble bath before you embark on a beautiful snowy, two block, walk to grab some sushi with your friends and visit Boulder's latest and greatest cookie shop, all within a two minute walk.
Pay an additional $100 per month pet fee and you can enjoy your nights studying with a glass of wine on one side and a cute tabby kitten on the other. No additional pet deposit is needed. No dogs are permitted. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Rent and prorated utilities (gas, water, trash) are billed twice per lease term, ($14,400 + 1200) in July and (14,400 + 1200) February. This makes things easier for the landlord and for you.
Electricity goes in your name with Xcel energy and you can set up automatic payments and forget it. Avoid the real-estate jargon meant to up-sell you and just watch the Matterport 3d walk-though video to see if the apartment is a good fit for you.
