All persons 18+ must submit an application for screening. $50 application fee non refundable per applicant. Once approved, a non-refundable holding fee equal to the security deposit must be received within 24 hours to remove the home from advertisement. The holding fee will be applied to your security deposit once the lease agreement is executed. Unless otherwise specified in this ad, all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash and cable/internet are the responsibility of the resident to establish prior to move in date. Proof of establishment will be required before keys are provided.

All forms of smoking are prohibited in all homes.
