This room also has exclusive entry to the yard and patio. A full bathroom is located on this floor and you have very easy access to it, as well as easy access to the hose common areas. You will be the primary resident of this floor. I (owner) have another room on this floor but it wouldn't be my primary residence and most of the time I won’t be there.
