The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. You have your own washer and dryer. The yard is spacious and partially shaded, with two decks. Plenty of room for vegetable gardens. There is amble off-street parking and the driveway fits two cars. The house is in a quiet neighborhood right behind the Coal Creek Trail and there is very easy access to the trail, which connects with a variety of other trails that can take you to Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Erie, etc. The house is a mile from downtown Lafayette. The house is centrally located and about 5-10 min to Louisville, 20 minutes to Boulder, 25 minutes to Longmont and 30 min to Denver. At this time I am not considering pets. I have an 8 year old dog who would do best as the only dog on the property. No smoking inside the apartment or on the property.
