b. last 2 years tax returns,
c. 2 months pay stubs,

Due at signing: 1st mo rent, 1.5 mo sec dip, $380 non-refundable application fee, $350 refundable move-in day deposit and a copy of renter's insurance. Minimum Gross income to qualify is $81k with no debt (see ** below for calculations). 1 year minimum lease, 2 preferred.
*Board meets every 2nd wednesday of the month, so the application and all the required paperwork needs to be submitted to management 2 weeks prior to that. For example: You want to move December 1st, so you need to have an interview with the board on November 10th, but all the paperwork to be submitted by October 27th. The process is pretty straight forward, and I'll help you with it, if necessary.
