The living room offers comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV for entertainment after a day of fun at the beach. To your left, the combined dining area and updated kitchen boasts all the necessities of home, including granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all the kitchenware needed for your stay.
Make your way down the hallway to find the first two bedrooms (one on your left and one on your right) which offers a twin bunkbed in each room – perfectly set up for the kids! To your left on the hallway is the laundry area, complete with a full size washing machine and dryer. Continue down the hall and you will find the third bedroom on the right offering a full bed. At the end of the hallway on the left, enter into the Master suite offering a full-size bed, private en suite bathroom, and a desk - just in case you have to get a little work done.
“Beachy Keen” also offers an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, gas bar-b-que and fire pit complete with Adirondack-like chairs to enjoy your evenings outdoors roasting smores! In addition, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor toys, and a beach wagon to carry your items for a day of fun to the nearby beach access! Enjoy a friendly game of horseshoes or cornhole in the large outdoor space below the house too!
Monthly Rent = $2200/month (3 month minimum occupancy)
Utilities included - Internet, Electricity and Water/Sewer.
Electric and Water/Sewer usage capped at $150 each, tenant responsible for overages.
Linens NOT included.
Security Deposit = $2200
