- EMPLOYEE - Current months paystubs (2 paystubs for bi-weekly pay),
- NEW EMPLOYMENT - Executed employment letter (party signatures, start date & pay)
- BUSINESS OWNER - Current G.E.T. payment receipt (owner's name not company name).
SHOWINGS:
In order to schedule a showing;
1) Prospective tenants must meet the above tenant screening criteria,
2) REPLY directly to email with attached credit score & gross monthly income documents.
RENTAL APPLICATION:
