The back yard offers total privacy with an outstanding view of the mountains! Upgraded appliances with top of the line refrigerator; granite countertops and spacious rooms. Outdoor bar-be-que and covered patio perfect for entertaining Palm Springs style! Fully furnished down to the cups, saucers and dish towels. All you need to bring is your toothbrush! Landlord will pay for trash and weekly garden service. Tenant pays internet, water, TV, gas and electric directly. Tenant pays for pool service. Tenants pays for yearly tree trimming if they choose to have it done. Tenants also pay for scalping and seeding of lawn if they choose to have the gardener do that once a year. Those 2 things are optional extras not included in weekly gardener service.
