Townhouse - Bedrooms and Full Bath Upstairs (photos are of a similar unit) - Pets are allowed with additional fees and restrictions.
Pet fees and restrictions are as follows:
• $250.00 Pet Deposit (Non-Refundable)
• $50.00 Monthly Pet Rent (per pet)
• 2 Pet Maximum
• NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS! Pets cannot exceed 40 lbs. at full growth (If pet is a breed that is known to exceed 40 lbs. at full growth it will not be allowed).
• Pet(s) must be spayed/neutered
• Pet(s) must be up to date on all immunizations
• Veterinarian documentation is required.
All residents, regardless of pet status, are required to create and maintain a Pet Screening account throughout the entirety of their lease.
