Size of Tiny house?
30 feet in length, 8’ wide (20 foot in length +10 feet upstairs for bedroom ) with vaulted wooden ceilings! Separate bedroom, Upstsirs, with huge closet space. Queen size bed (new) included.
We take huge pride in design and craftsmanship because we both are builders and artists ! We are looking for one person only, we VALUE highly the quiet sanctuary in which we live.
Two individuals are too many, sorry.
We already have enough animals too!;). Smoke free completely on or in our property. To spell it out very clearly, no smokers will be allowed to rent this house, because smoke on your clothing will permeate our wooden ceilings.
There will be a cozy shaded courtyard that you will have access to, to enjoy an oasis environment, comfortable outdoor setting with stone planter, greenery, privacy, to relax, read in, or have a meal or enjoy a beverage :)
No current or past felons, thank you. You are
Polite, friendly, mindful and honest.
No alcoholics and you know if you are. We don’t mind casual drinking but we will not tolerate alcoholism. Quiet and conservative individuals, responsible to turn lights off when you leave and not to run excessive AC, enjoy staying busy, working, and have excellent character.
If you are a candidate for this home, after we have met there will be a credit check and a character check as well. You will pay for Credit check.
Clean, and respect for others belongings.
Before entering your tiny house you will have a courtyard in front, that you were able to use..,
The house will be two story, second floor is a sleeping loft. Downstairs has kitchenette, with TV. AC, heat, sink, refrigerator, microwave, stove, Couch,
Tiny house will be located on our premises In which we live.
3 miles from 15 freeway off Winchester road in Temecula, CA. The house will have everything you need as far as bathroom, shower etc. you will provide all your personal items to live.
Laundry will be just outside your home with brand new stackable washer and dryer!
Utilities for one person which includes,all. Trash, water, electric, internet
$200.00 one person above the rent, making your living space and utilities at $1,600.00 per month and that includes All!
$200.00 security deposit
***MUST (this is not a preference) have 3 character references for me to contact after we meet.
•Must show proof of funds
•Must pay first and lasts rent.
No pets , no exceptions.
**note house on photo is what we are planning on building. We want to secure a great tenant prior while beginning construction phase.**
