1 unfurnished bedroom available for rent in a 5 bedroom house on the upstairs level. $650 per month, all utilities included. Six month to one year lease preferred, but negotiable. Right across the street from Cottonwood Creek Park on the south side. Upstairs tenants would share a bathroom (full bathroom with two sinks). There is also an additional half bath on the main floor. There is also a basement with two more bedrooms, so there will be 5 people living there, including me. The house is plenty big to accommodate 5 people.
Since I live here, and the house is all guys, I am also limiting this room to guys only. I am a Christian guy in my late 20s. Being a Christian is not a requirement to live here, but I do ask that you respect my values and follow house rules. No smoking or drug use, and no pets (except fish in small tanks). Only one person in the room please.
Everyone has access to the common areas on the main floor, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room. There is also laundry in the basement.
