Looking for a gay roommate to live in a shared household. My bf and I alternate traveling for work and feel comfortable if the roommate is gay.
It's a beautiful house in a gated community. There is also a dog park in the community. If you have a pet, there will be a pet fee.
There are currently 4 roommates. My bf and I, and 2 additional roommates. We are very quiet and like to keep to ourselves. You'll rarely see any of us. We tend to stay in our own rooms. We just like to work, eat, and sleep. We are also very clean.
Your room will be empty, but the remaining household will be furnished. You will be sharing the bathroom, but the roommate is very clean.
Rent will include utilities. You'll solely be responsible for what you'd like in the room and toiletries.
Parking is available across the street in front of the house. 6 month minimum renting.
