The Dahlia Suite- 8 Dewey Street, Unit B - This Historic , renovated apartment is located in the heart of Charleston's North Central district within walking distance to Hampton Park and numerous dining destinations such as Renzo, Huriyali, and Berkeleys!
The unit is well appointed with beautiful tile work, original hardwood floors, and vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. The kitchen features new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials. The living room features a comfortable couch, large screen TV, and is open to the kitchen area.
The bedroom features a queen sized bed and a Smart TV. There is a large wardrobe just outside of the bedroom with plenty of storage for clothing. The bathroom is just off of the bedroom and features tile and a glass enclosed shower.
A full size washing machine and dryer is located just outside the unit and is shared with one other unit. The outdoor area also features a grill for your use.
Dogs approved on a case by case basis with a non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Street parking provided. Please note this is a second floor apartment, so you will be required to climb a set of stairs.
The Westside is known as the home of the Charleston RiverDogs minor league baseball team, who play at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. Nearby, Brittlebank Park stretches along the Ashley River, with walking trails, a fishing pier, and picnic areas. Harmon Field has sports courts and a playground, while Johnson Hagood Stadium hosts Citadel college football games. Lively restaurants serve seafood and New American fare.
Other things to note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
