The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to live within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the library, the Maritime Museum, and everything that downtown Manitowoc has to offer! Very quiet building with respectful current tenants. All utilities are included with this apartment, which makes for an easy move-in without the hassle of setting up utilities. Off-Street parking spaces are included and being leased from H&C Elbow Room across the street.
Showings are currently being conducted for approved applicants only. Online applications can be filled out on our website at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] Please allow one week for processing. Once approved, applicants must schedule a showing with our office 1 day in advance. Showings may be conducted on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. No showings on weekends.
Applicants who apply are not guaranteed a rental. Available rentals will be leased out to the most qualified applicant. The listing remains active until an approved applicant has signed the lease. Other applicants may still apply, however, there may be other applicants who are already approved before them.
Tenants are required to obtain Landlord Liability Insurance (this is NOT renter's insurance, but this coverage may be included in renter's insurance). If preferred, Manitowoc Property Management can provide Landlord Liability Insurance through a 3rd party provider that is integrated with our tenants' portals.
